Job Summary
To achieve ambitious client retention goals, the full-time Renewal Sales Representative will work remotely to secure transactional contract renewals, engage with clients, lead contract negotiations, and identify upsell opportunities within North American client territories.
Key responsibilities
- Process renewal agreements in collaboration with Sales, Deal Desk, Legal, and Finance teams
- Lead basic contract negotiations to maximize retention of ARR and addressable whitespace
- Interface with client business contacts and procurement professionals to understand their needs and field objections
Required qualifications
- 2-3 years of sales, account management, or relevant client-facing experience
- Excellent business-level communication skills in English
- Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized
- Ability to work US business hours: 6:00am - 1:00pm CST | 2:00pm - 9:00pm EEST
- Demonstrated strong work ethic and record of achievements
