Job Summary
A company is looking for a Renewal Sales Specialist to secure subscription renewal revenue in North America.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain regular outreach with customers to ensure engagement and retention
- Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with the customer success team
- Monitor customer satisfaction, manage renewal data in Salesforce, and provide forecasts on renewals and churn
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- BA/BS or equivalent preferred
- 3+ years of successful renewal sales or sales experience
- Experience selling to IT departments, with software business knowledge preferred
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com for opportunity management and reporting
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate cross-department resources
