Job Summary

A company is looking for a Renewal Sales Specialist to secure subscription renewal revenue in North America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain regular outreach with customers to ensure engagement and retention
  • Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with the customer success team
  • Monitor customer satisfaction, manage renewal data in Salesforce, and provide forecasts on renewals and churn
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • BA/BS or equivalent preferred
  • 3+ years of successful renewal sales or sales experience
  • Experience selling to IT departments, with software business knowledge preferred
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com for opportunity management and reporting
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate cross-department resources
