- Proactively identify opportunities for customer growth and collaborate with the account team during renewal cycles
- Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and execute comprehensive renewal strategies tailored to each account
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in renewal or retention roles within the software/SaaS industry
- Experience working with private commercial and enterprise customers
- Hands-on experience with sales tools such as Salesforce, Clari, and ZoomInfo
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed renewal and revenue retention plans
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to address customer objections effectively
