Job Summary

A company is looking for a Renewal Specialist in the Sales Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track and manage renewal opportunities across assigned accounts
  • Coordinate with vendors on pricing and product information while addressing customer needs
  • Maintain customer renewal data and assist with order entry and tracking
Required Qualifications
  • High School graduate; 2- or 4-year college graduate preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM management
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, renewals, or account management preferred
  • Knowledge of Cisco, HPE Aruba, and related IT vendor solutions
  • Previous experience in technology sales or customer service is a plus
