Job Summary
A company is looking for a Renewal Specialist to manage customer retention and growth for early-stage companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full renewal process for customers in the Early Stage segment, ensuring alignment with retention targets
- Accurately forecast renewal and churn outcomes while maintaining pipeline hygiene
- Act as the primary contact for early-stage founders, driving consultative engagement and handling objections
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a SaaS or tech environment
- Strong ability to manage high volumes of customer relationships and renewal cycles
- Highly motivated with flexibility to adapt to customer needs
- Team player with effective collaboration skills across multiple departments
- Previous experience in security and compliance is desirable but not required
