Job Summary

A company is looking for a Renewal Specialist to manage customer retention and growth for early-stage companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full renewal process for customers in the Early Stage segment, ensuring alignment with retention targets
  • Accurately forecast renewal and churn outcomes while maintaining pipeline hygiene
  • Act as the primary contact for early-stage founders, driving consultative engagement and handling objections
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in a SaaS or tech environment
  • Strong ability to manage high volumes of customer relationships and renewal cycles
  • Highly motivated with flexibility to adapt to customer needs
  • Team player with effective collaboration skills across multiple departments
  • Previous experience in security and compliance is desirable but not required
