Renewal Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Renewal Specialist (Contract) to support their Low-Touch customer segment.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the renewal workflow, including generating order forms and updating license levels
• Coordinate with school and district administrators to ensure timely renewals
• Maintain accurate Opportunity records in Salesforce and respond to customer inquiries regarding renewals

Required Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and experience managing high-volume workflows
• Experience working in Salesforce or a similar CRM
• Ability to follow documented processes consistently and accurately
• Proactive approach to managing deadlines and follow-up expectations
• Preferred experience in K-12 education, edtech, or SaaS renewals
