Job Summary

A company is looking for a Renewal Specialist to manage retention and renewal processes for a portfolio of accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end renewal execution, including outreach, negotiation, and forecasting
• Lead renewal readiness discussions with executive stakeholders to ensure platform adoption
• Monitor risk signals to proactively mitigate churn and escalate at-risk accounts as needed

Required Qualifications

• Experience managing high-volume renewal portfolios, including contract negotiation
• Strong executive presence and negotiation skills
• Ability to prioritize using data and risk indicators in fast-paced environments
• Experience with automation and AI-driven tools for customer engagement
• Adaptability in dynamic environments and experience in startup settings
