Job Summary

Renewal Specialist, a full-time role responsible for managing renewals and financial functions, executing annual price increases, and maintaining customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Send monthly renewal quotes and process contracts in Salesforce
• Negotiate annual price increases and resolve customer inquiries
• Provide internal support to various teams and identify process improvements

Required Qualifications

• BA in Business or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred
• 3+ years of experience in renewal execution and negotiation preferred
• Experience working directly with customers required
• SaaS experience strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Salesforce is a plus
