Job Summary
Managing customer accounts remotely, the full-time Renewal Specialist will focus on client satisfaction, contract negotiation, and retention while driving growth through proactive account management and collaboration with internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Retain and grow customer accounts through effective relationship management and contract negotiations
- Manage the renewal process and provide accurate forecasts on outstanding renewals
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of quotes and renewals for customers
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in B2B sales or account management focused on customer renewals
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
- Experience in the technology or software industry preferred
- Proven track record of success in managing a high-volume portfolio of accounts
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
