Renewal Specialist

Job Summary

Managing renewal activities for multiple product lines, the full-time Renewal Specialist will coordinate and oversee all renewal tasks, serve as a point of contact for brokers and clients, and ensure timely outcomes in a hybrid/remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and track all renewal activities from brokers and direct clients
• Deliver necessary reporting to reinsurance carriers for quotes and renewals
• Create and distribute renewal packages and conduct quality assurance of renewal applications

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2-3 years of related experience
• 3-4 years minimum experience in healthcare preferred
• In-depth knowledge of Group health, life, dental, and STD products
• Experience with data analysis and manipulation within various carrier databases
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
