Job Summary
Working remotely on a contract basis, the Renewal Specialist will deliver a seamless renewal experience for a portfolio of global customers, leveraging strong relationship management skills and attention to detail to drive retention and ensure business health.
Key responsibilities
- Interact with customers during key points in the renewal process, including contracting, pricing approval, and invoicing
- Proactively identify risks and collaborate with account managers to develop solutions
- Utilize tools like Excel and SmartSheet to manage and close all renewals in the assigned territory
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience in sales support, renewals, customer success, or sales
- Experience managing quantitative information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Reliable high-speed internet access
