Engaging with existing customers to renew subscriptions and drive growth, the remote Renewal Specialist Contractor will manage a high-volume portfolio of 25-50 renewals per month while collaborating with sales and contracting teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage a high-volume portfolio of renewals and upsell opportunities
  • Engage customers through various communication channels to facilitate renewals
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and collaborate with internal teams as needed
Required qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in account management or renewals
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Strong ability to articulate value and tailor messaging to customer needs
  • Highly independent, organized, and goal-oriented in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
