Required Qualifications
  • 1-2+ years of experience in renewals, customer success, account management, or services sales
  • Proven track record managing renewals at scale in a SaaS or fintech setting
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills with a value-first approach
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, CPQ tools, DocuSign, and other contract platforms
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
