Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end renewals lifecycle, the full-time Renewals Account Executive will manage a portfolio of software maintenance, subscription, and support contracts for customers across LATAM/CALA and the USA, focusing on commercial negotiations, customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the complete renewals lifecycle for assigned customers, ensuring timely execution and achievement of renewal targets
  • Engage with customers and procurement teams to resolve contract-related issues and identify upsell opportunities
  • Support contract negotiations and maintain accurate records of renewal processes and operational data
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Renewals, Customer Success, or Account Management within a technology or SaaS environment
  • Proven experience managing software maintenance, SaaS, or subscription renewals
  • Strong commercial negotiation skills with a track record of achieving renewal targets
  • Business-level fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese proficiency is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
