Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end renewals lifecycle, the full-time Renewals Account Executive will manage a portfolio of software maintenance, subscription, and support contracts for customers across LATAM/CALA and the USA, focusing on commercial negotiations, customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete renewals lifecycle for assigned customers, ensuring timely execution and achievement of renewal targets
- Engage with customers and procurement teams to resolve contract-related issues and identify upsell opportunities
- Support contract negotiations and maintain accurate records of renewal processes and operational data
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Renewals, Customer Success, or Account Management within a technology or SaaS environment
- Proven experience managing software maintenance, SaaS, or subscription renewals
- Strong commercial negotiation skills with a track record of achieving renewal targets
- Business-level fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese proficiency is a plus
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
