Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of high-value customer accounts, the full-time Renewals Account Executive will be responsible for executing renewal contracts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and identifying growth opportunities while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Owning and executing a portfolio of renewal contracts in an assigned territory
- Ensuring all renewals occur on time and identifying growth opportunities to improve business outcomes
- Collaborating with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to develop negotiation strategies for account contract renewals
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant customer-facing experience at a SaaS/Software Company
- Proven ability to manage strategic and enterprise-level accounts and provide solutions for identified problems
- Experience with Salesforce CRM
- Strong process management and negotiation skills
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate closely with teammates
