Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of high-value customer accounts, the full-time Renewals Account Executive will be responsible for executing renewal contracts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and identifying growth opportunities while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Owning and executing a portfolio of renewal contracts in an assigned territory
  • Ensuring all renewals occur on time and identifying growth opportunities to improve business outcomes
  • Collaborating with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to develop negotiation strategies for account contract renewals
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of relevant customer-facing experience at a SaaS/Software Company
  • Proven ability to manage strategic and enterprise-level accounts and provide solutions for identified problems
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM
  • Strong process management and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate closely with teammates
