Job Summary
Owning the post-sale revenue motion, the full-time remote Renewals Account Manager will manage the full renewals cycle, build a renewals process from the ground up, and design reporting and forecasting models to support customer retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full renewals cycle: tracking upcoming renewals, leading renewal conversations, negotiating terms, and closing on time
- Build the renewals process from scratch, including renewal timelines, escalation paths, and risk triggers
- Design and maintain renewal reporting and forecasting, creating models and dashboards to track renewal rates and at-risk revenue
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in renewals, account management, or a closely related post-sale revenue role in B2B SaaS
- Experience building reporting and forecasting from the ground up, including designing metrics and models
- Strong proficiency with spreadsheets and CRM tools, capable of transforming messy data into reliable reporting
- Proven track record of achieving retention or renewal targets
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and create structure in undefined environments
