Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Renewals Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the subscription life cycle process, including onboarding, account reviews, budgeting, and renewal negotiation
- Identify and manage up-sell and cross-sell opportunities for new business subscriptions
- Analyze lost clients, develop winback strategies, and negotiate price increases on renewals
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of seven years direct sales experience with three years in life science
- Prior experience in selling subscriptions, both renewal sales and new business
- Knowledge of utilizing SFDC and sales enablement tools
- Demonstrated ability to understand customer workflows and priorities
