Job Summary
A company is looking for a Renewals Account Manager to oversee the renewal of recurring revenue contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and lead the renewals process in collaboration with the account team to enhance customer contracts and relationships
- Engage with key decision-makers to identify customer requirements and ensure on-time commitments
- Negotiate and execute renewal contracts while identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities to maximize customer growth
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Sales, Customer Success, Renewals, or Account Management, preferably in an Enterprise SaaS organization
- Solid understanding of Enterprise SaaS applications and collaboration technology
- Consistent track record of achieving personal and team goals
- Experience thriving in a rapidly changing environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
