Job Summary

A company is looking for a Renewals Account Manager to oversee the renewal of recurring revenue contracts and enhance customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and lead the renewals process in collaboration with the account team
  • Engage with key decision-makers to identify customer requirements and address roadblocks
  • Maintain an accurate rolling 90-day forecast of renewals and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales, Customer Success, Renewals, or Account Management, preferably in an Enterprise SaaS environment
  • Solid understanding of Enterprise SaaS applications and collaboration technology
  • Proven track record of achieving personal and team goals
  • Experience thriving in rapidly changing environments
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
