Job Summary
A company is looking for a Renewals Account Manager to oversee the renewal of recurring revenue contracts and enhance customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and lead the renewals process in collaboration with the account team
- Engage with key decision-makers to identify customer requirements and address roadblocks
- Maintain an accurate rolling 90-day forecast of renewals and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Sales, Customer Success, Renewals, or Account Management, preferably in an Enterprise SaaS environment
- Solid understanding of Enterprise SaaS applications and collaboration technology
- Proven track record of achieving personal and team goals
- Experience thriving in rapidly changing environments
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
