Job Summary

A company is looking for a Renewals Account Manager (East).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the renewal process for a portfolio of customers, ensuring timely and accurate renewals
  • Build strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Negotiate and close renewal contracts while collaborating with the sales team
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in a SaaS company
  • Experience working with Mid Market and Enterprise level accounts
  • Proactive with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools is a plus
