Job Summary
A company is looking for a Renewals Account Manager (East).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the renewal process for a portfolio of customers, ensuring timely and accurate renewals
- Build strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Negotiate and close renewal contracts while collaborating with the sales team
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in a SaaS company
- Experience working with Mid Market and Enterprise level accounts
- Proactive with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools is a plus
