Job Summary
To maximize customer retention and drive recurring revenue growth, the full-time Renewals & Expansion Manager will manage the end-to-end renewal process, build strong customer relationships, and collaborate closely with internal teams in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the complete renewal lifecycle for an assigned portfolio of customers, proactively engaging them before contract expiration and negotiating renewal terms
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities within existing accounts while partnering with Customer Success and Sales to develop growth strategies
- Build trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders, acting as the primary commercial contact during renewal and expansion discussions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3-7 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Renewals, Sales, or Revenue Operations
- Experience managing SaaS or subscription-based customer renewals
- Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
