Renewals Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Renewals Associate to manage customer renewals and support educational institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to present renewal subscription information and process orders
• Manage renewal pipelines and document customer interactions in CRM systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries and track renewal performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in customer-facing, renewal, or retention roles
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Familiarity with K-12 school district purchasing and renewal cycles preferred
