Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate renewal opportunities and manage the lifecycle of vendor hardware and software maintenance renewals
Analyze account KPIs to identify opportunities for expansion and ensure timely deal closure
Support operational processes aimed at improving renewal efficiency and effectiveness

Required Qualifications

Associate's Degree in a related field
3 years of experience in inside sales/customer service within the IT sector
Knowledge of support contracts and maintenance renewals
Familiarity with sales measured by quota performance and contracts
Vendor specific certifications preferred
