Job Summary
A company is looking for a Renewals Executive (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end renewal process for assigned health plan accounts, ensuring timely and successful contract renewals
- Partner with Sales, Account Management, Legal, and Finance to align renewal terms with customer needs and company goals
- Maintain accurate renewal forecasts and pipeline visibility using CRM tools; report on renewal performance and risk
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in customer success, account management, or renewals in a SaaS or healthcare technology environment
- Proven success managing contract management/execution within healthcare and/or technology
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders
