Job Summary
Leading the renewals process for an assigned sales territory, the full-time Renewals Lead will manage client relationships, facilitate timely execution of renewals, and collaborate closely with sales teams in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate the adoption of renewals strategies and lead renewal program initiatives within the assigned area
- Engage directly with clients to ensure timely completion of the renewals process and maintain effective relationships with field sales
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals while executing quarterly campaigns in alignment with vendor promotions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, renewals, or account management
- Understanding of renewals offerings, tools, and sales programs
- Ability to communicate effectively with high-level decision makers
- Self-motivated and results-oriented team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
