Job Summary
Leading a team of Renewals Managers, the full-time Manager, Renewals will drive performance and accountability while managing the end-to-end renewal process and improving forecast accuracy in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Renewals Managers to enhance performance and career growth
- Establish clear KPIs and operating rhythms across the renewal function to ensure consistent execution
- Manage the renewal motion, including contract renewals and retention strategies, while collaborating with Customer Success and Sales teams
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 7+ years of sales experience in SaaS, cloud, or technology with a focus on renewals and retention
- 3-5+ years of experience leading or building sales or renewals teams
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in contract negotiation and pricing strategy
- Experience with Salesforce and renewal forecasting
