Job Summary

Leading a team of Renewals Managers, the full-time Manager, Renewals will drive performance and accountability while managing the end-to-end renewal process and improving forecast accuracy in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Renewals Managers to enhance performance and career growth
  • Establish clear KPIs and operating rhythms across the renewal function to ensure consistent execution
  • Manage the renewal motion, including contract renewals and retention strategies, while collaborating with Customer Success and Sales teams
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 7+ years of sales experience in SaaS, cloud, or technology with a focus on renewals and retention
  • 3-5+ years of experience leading or building sales or renewals teams
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in contract negotiation and pricing strategy
  • Experience with Salesforce and renewal forecasting
