Job Summary

A company is looking for a Renewals Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute a renewal strategy to retain and grow the client base
  • Proactively manage a portfolio of client renewals, ensuring on-time customer retention and high renewal rates
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities upon contract renewal to maximize customer growth

Required Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated success in Renewal, Operations, CS, Sales, or Account Management
  • Strong process management, financial acumen, and ability to apply strict policies
  • Experience with contract language interpretation
  • Proven success utilizing sales and communication skills with team members
  • Experience working independently and being self-directed
