Job Summary

A company is looking for a Renewal Manager to oversee the renewal lifecycle and enhance customer retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a book of business for renewals, ensuring timely closure
  • Maximize customer retention and drive price increases during renewals
  • Collaborate with various teams to address complex renewal scenarios and maintain data quality in Salesforce
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in Renewals, Customer Success, or Account Management, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Fluency in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce and other business programs
  • Strong understanding of subscription-based renewals and process improvement
  • Able to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently
