Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business for renewals, ensuring timely closure
- Maximize customer retention and drive price increases during renewals
- Collaborate with various teams to address complex renewal scenarios and maintain data quality in Salesforce
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Renewals, Customer Success, or Account Management, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Fluency in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
- Experience with Salesforce and other business programs
- Strong understanding of subscription-based renewals and process improvement
- Able to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently
