Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end renewals process for global enterprise accounts, collaborating with Customer Success and Sales
- Design and implement scalable processes for renewals and upsells, optimizing deal workflows
- Lead commercial negotiations with customer procurement teams and forecast renewal revenue accurately
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing complex contract renewals in a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong negotiation skills with a deep understanding of commercial terms and pricing models
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance teams
- Ability to provide accurate, data-driven insights on renewal risk and pipeline health
- Willingness to operate across global time zones to meet contract deadlines
