Renewals Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Renewals Manager to join their team in a remote role in the US.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively engage with customers on upcoming renewals, negotiating terms and resolving issues to ensure timely closures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance renewal success and provide monthly summaries on trends and improvements
• Maintain accurate records of renewal activities in CRM tools and develop best practices to improve renewal rates and customer experience

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in Clinical Diagnostics or Life Sciences
• Minimum of 5 years in a similar role
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage contract and vendor renewals
• BS in Bioinformatics, genetics, or a related life science field is strongly preferred
