Job Summary

A company is looking for a Renewals Manager responsible for managing customer accounts and ensuring retention and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage assigned customer accounts and collaborate with sales and support teams to resolve issues
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to promote retention and drive revenue growth
  • Proactively manage the renewal process and identify at-risk accounts for timely intervention
Required Qualifications
  • BA/BS preferred or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience in a related role such as Customer Success Manager or Sales Engineer
  • Knowledge of privilege access management and cybersecurity best practices
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Customer Success Management platforms
  • Experience with complex client interactions, preferably at the director level
