Job Summary

A company is looking for a Renewals Manager - West.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the complete renewals process for the customer portfolio, ensuring high retention rates and satisfaction
  • Identify and engage with accounts approaching renewal, developing strategies to secure renewals and expand usage
  • Track and analyze renewal metrics, providing regular forecasts and insights to leadership
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in renewals, account management, or quota-carrying sales roles
  • Demonstrated success in achieving targets and driving revenue retention or growth
  • Experience with technical products, preferably in cybersecurity, automation, or enterprise SaaS
  • Understanding of SaaS metrics, customer lifecycle, and recurring revenue models
  • Experience using CRM systems and data analysis tools
