Job Summary
A company is looking for a Renewals Manager to drive customer renewals and ensure compliance with contract terms.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with customers to negotiate and drive early renewal conversations
- Ensure compliance of renewals and customer data in CRM with contract terms and usage
- Collaborate with Sales to identify upsell opportunities and strategize for at-risk customers
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Sales or Customer Success experience (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
- Ability to negotiate and create new processes for growth
- Experience working in a remote environment
- Strong phone presence and interpersonal skills
