Job Summary

A company is looking for a Renewals Manager to drive customer renewals and ensure compliance with contract terms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage with customers to negotiate and drive early renewal conversations
  • Ensure compliance of renewals and customer data in CRM with contract terms and usage
  • Collaborate with Sales to identify upsell opportunities and strategize for at-risk customers
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of Sales or Customer Success experience (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
  • Ability to negotiate and create new processes for growth
  • Experience working in a remote environment
  • Strong phone presence and interpersonal skills
