Job Summary

A company is looking for a Renewals Manager to drive customer retention and growth within their recurring revenue business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the renewal cycle, managing quotes and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely renewals
  • Engage proactively with customers to confirm renewal value and facilitate alignment
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accuracy in renewal terms and support a coordinated renewal experience
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years in a renewals or account management role in a SaaS or EdTech environment
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed renewal/retention targets
  • Experience managing opportunities and contracts using Salesforce or a similar CRM
  • Organized and self-motivated with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze numerical data for decision-making
