Job Summary
A company is looking for a Renewals Manager to manage customer retention initiatives and the renewal process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entirety of the renewals process, including negotiation and ownership of commercial contracts
- Collaborate with Sales to identify risks and ensure timely renewals
- Analyze usage patterns and customer health metrics to preempt churn risks
Required Qualifications
- 2-3+ years successful track record in sales or customer success in the enterprise software or SaaS market
- Proven ability to meet or exceed targets
- High level of intellectual curiosity and adaptability to change
- Results-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- Domain knowledge of Finance/FP&A space is a plus
