Job Summary

A company is looking for a Renewals Manager to manage customer retention initiatives and the renewal process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the entirety of the renewals process, including negotiation and ownership of commercial contracts
  • Collaborate with Sales to identify risks and ensure timely renewals
  • Analyze usage patterns and customer health metrics to preempt churn risks
Required Qualifications
  • 2-3+ years successful track record in sales or customer success in the enterprise software or SaaS market
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed targets
  • High level of intellectual curiosity and adaptability to change
  • Results-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
  • Domain knowledge of Finance/FP&A space is a plus
