Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers and ensure their successful onboarding and platform usage
  • Conduct business reviews, track account metrics, and identify growth opportunities
  • Manage timely renewal communications and assist with high-severity requests or escalations
Required Qualifications
  • At least 5+ years of professional experience in software sales with closing experience
  • Proven background in lead generation and prospecting
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various business units
  • Technically adept with an understanding of software applications
  • 4 Year Degree preferred or equivalent experience in SaaS and Cloud technologies
