Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for customers and ensure their successful onboarding and platform usage
- Conduct business reviews, track account metrics, and identify growth opportunities
- Manage timely renewal communications and assist with high-severity requests or escalations
Required Qualifications
- At least 5+ years of professional experience in software sales with closing experience
- Proven background in lead generation and prospecting
- Ability to work collaboratively with various business units
- Technically adept with an understanding of software applications
- 4 Year Degree preferred or equivalent experience in SaaS and Cloud technologies
