Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of renewals, the full-time Renewals Manager will ensure successful execution of renewal processes, support customer interactions throughout the renewal cycle, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize customer conversions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage the renewal deal cycle and ensure on-time execution of renewal processes
  • Negotiate renewal issues and provide seamless support during renewal cycles, including expansion opportunities
  • Maintain an accurate forecast of renewals and archive all contractual documentation
Required qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in SaaS renewals, sales, customer success, or account management
  • Strong understanding of deal support topics, pricing, and contracting
  • Excellent negotiation skills and understanding of legal conditions
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com, and Microsoft Office applications
  • A four-year college degree is preferred
