Job Summary
Managing the end-to-end subscription renewal lifecycle, the full-time Renewals Manager will oversee multiple renewals, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and engage proactively with customers to secure upcoming contract terms in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Track and progress multiple customer renewals, ensuring completion at least 30 days prior to contract expiration
- Audit customer contracts and align product usage with agreed terms, while developing tailored value propositions for expanding accounts
- Maintain up-to-date documentation regarding renewal progress, account risks, and overall customer health
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing renewals for a substantial number of accounts
- Proven track record of on-time renewals and strong organizational skills
- Experience in reviewing contracts, negotiating, and preparing proposals
- Ability to collaborate effectively across various departments and with third-party partners
- Familiarity with Jitterbit's products and methodologies is a plus
