Job Summary
Overseeing the end-to-end subscription renewal lifecycle, the full-time Renewals Manager will manage a portfolio of customers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure timely execution of renewals while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and track multiple customer renewals, proactively engaging stakeholders 4 to 5 months in advance to meet renewal objectives
- Audit customer contracts and align product usage with terms, presenting tailored value propositions and drafting necessary contractual documents
- Document renewal progress and customer health, while identifying and escalating critical issues to appropriate teams for resolution
Required qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience managing renewals for multiple accounts
- Proven track record of on-time renewals and effective collaboration across teams
- Experience in reviewing contracts, negotiating, and preparing proposals
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
