Job Summary
Overseeing the end-to-end subscription renewal lifecycle, the full-time Renewals Manager will proactively manage customer accounts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure timely contract renewals while working remotely from Madrid, Spain.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of customers by defining renewal objectives and leading alignment calls to drive renewals to completion
- Review and understand contractual agreements to align product usage with terms and present tailored value propositions
- Document and communicate customer status, maintaining up-to-date records on renewal progress and potential account risks
Required qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience managing renewals for a significant number of accounts
- Proven track record of on-time renewals and strong organizational skills
- Experience in reviewing contracts, negotiating, and preparing proposals
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments and with third-party partners
- Familiarity with forecasting renewal and expansion pipelines
