Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of existing customers, the full-time remote Renewals Manager will be responsible for executing renewal strategies, negotiating contract terms, and fostering customer engagement to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Key responsibilities
- Drive customer adoption and user engagement to support renewal growth
- Manage the end-to-end renewal process, including qualification, quoting, and negotiations
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for upcoming renewals and maximize account growth
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Renewal Management, Account Management, or Sales/Customer Success, preferably in SaaS
- Proven track record in managing customer retention and adoption for complex accounts
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of contractual negotiations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organizational skills and a strong sense of urgency
