Job Summary
To support revenue retention, the full-time Renewals Manager will execute the renewals process for a portfolio of subscription customers, managing communications, pricing negotiations, and contract administration in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Execute the renewals process for assigned subscription customers, ensuring timely renewals and minimizing financial attrition
- Manage customer communications and facilitate pricing discussions to address objections and drive successful renewals and expansions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify renewal risks and growth opportunities, maintaining CRM data and tracking customer interactions
Required qualifications
- 4-year degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in customer renewals or account management within a SaaS or subscription-based business
- Proven track record of achievement against quotas and KPIs
- Strong understanding of Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and recurring revenue drivers
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, with HubSpot experience preferred
