Job Summary
Owning a portfolio of existing customers, the full-time remote Renewals Manager will focus on maximizing customer retention through contract negotiations and developing new business opportunities while building long-term relationships with clients.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships to manage customer renewals
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits and minimize churn
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Renewals Manager, Account Manager, or Key Account Manager
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field
- Solid experience with CRM software and CPQ tools
- Demonstrable ability to communicate and influence key stakeholders at all levels
- Proven capability to manage multiple account projects simultaneously
