Job Summary

Leading the subscription renewals process, the full-time Renewals Manager will ensure timely and accurate customer renewals while collaborating with internal stakeholders to define pricing and drive renewals to closure in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead renewals strategy for assigned customers and partner with Customer Success to close renewals promptly
  • Provide guidance on renewal pricing strategies and prepare proposals, including contract negotiations
  • Utilize Salesforce to track renewal status and participate in forecasting meetings to report on renewal metrics
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success with renewals oversight in a B2B or SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of exceeding retention targets
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or other customer success and CRM tools
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams
