Renewals Operations Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Renewal Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess renewals opportunities and prepare pricing and quotes for renewals
• Provide continuous support to the Renewals Sales Team and assist with contract preparation
• Maintain Salesforce opportunity hygiene and ensure initial invoice accuracy for customer delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Accounting, or Finance
• 1 to 3 years of experience in relevant areas
• Proficiency in Salesforce and reporting tools such as Business Objects or Power BI
• Ability to work with confidential information and coordinate multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Oracle ERP and Order Management systems
