Job Summary

A company is looking for a Renewal Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and prepare pricing for renewal opportunities
• Provide support to the Renewals Sales Team and assist with contract preparation
• Maintain Salesforce opportunity hygiene and ensure accuracy of initial invoices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Accounting, or Finance
• 1 to 3 years of experience in relevant areas
• Proficiency in Salesforce and familiarity with reporting tools
• Experience with Oracle ERP and order management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
