Renewals Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Renewal Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and prepare for renewal opportunities, including pricing and quotes
• Provide administrative support to the Global Renewals organization and maintain Salesforce opportunity hygiene
• Coordinate with the Deal Desk on pricing, contract renewals, and ensure accuracy of initial invoices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Accounting, or Finance
• 1 to 3 years of experience in relevant areas
• Familiarity with Salesforce and other reporting tools
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Oracle ERP and Order Management is preferred
