Job Summary
A company is looking for a Revenue Intelligence Operations Manager, Renewals.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted operational partner to Renewals Leadership, providing executive-ready insights and support for strategic planning
- Own the end-to-end renewals operating model, defining and tracking globally consistent KPIs and risk signals
- Enhance the Renewals Account Manager experience by reducing operational friction and increasing engagement in customer interactions
Required Qualifications
- Experience in operations management, particularly in a renewals or post-sales environment
- Strong understanding of key performance indicators and metrics related to renewals
- Proficiency in data analytics and experience with AI-driven tools
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and change management processes
