Job Summary
A company is looking for a Renewals Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own, drive, and lead the renewals process in collaboration with the customer success team
- Engage with key decision-makers to identify customer requirements and negotiate renewal contracts
- Maintain an accurate rolling 90-day forecast of renewals and identify upsell opportunities
Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated track record of building customer relationships and leading the renewals process
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and grow as the organization expands
- Leadership experience is a plus
- Experience with Salesforce is preferred
