Job Summary

A company is looking for a Renewals Representative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own, drive, and lead the renewals process in collaboration with the customer success team
  • Engage with key decision-makers to identify customer requirements and negotiate renewal contracts
  • Maintain an accurate rolling 90-day forecast of renewals and identify upsell opportunities

Required Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated track record of building customer relationships and leading the renewals process
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and grow as the organization expands
  • Leadership experience is a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce is preferred
