Renewals Representative, DACH

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Renewals Representative, DACH (German Speaker).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead customer review and renewal calls to assess satisfaction and identify growth opportunities
• Build and manage renewal quotes, process orders, and maintain account history in the CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to meet renewal and sales quotas

Required Qualifications

• Fluent in both German and English (spoken and written)
• 3-5+ years in SaaS renewals, inside sales, account management, or customer success
• Proven track record of meeting retention and quota targets
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
• Experience using a CRM database, with HubSpot and Salesforce as a plus
